We are sad to not have seen you again to thank you in person, your professionalism and grace with how you handled the situation leaves lasting impression and we cant thank you enough. Will definitely recommend this hotel to families with young kids as the hotel offers special rooms furnished with toys and other objects of interest for kids.

The only thing a little uncomfortable was the payment did via booking.com was just for confirm the visit, then in the place you must pay it again (the staff claim that the money paid to booking.com is going to be returned to me in one month -after leaving the hotel-). Every thing else was perfect, I am going to book again Paco hotel
