Incredible staff - one of the assets of the hotel were the people who worked there. The service was outstanding. Beautiful architecture and design, the room was a haven.

I had a good room view overlooking the other smaller buildings and the sunset view was very good from my room. the curved full window glass gives a fantastic panoramic of the city. The best view was from the break fast lounge where you could see the river and bridge.

The hotel is very clean, near the financial area, a park and also a very strategic location. The rooms are very comfortable, big, bright, everything works very well. I was attended by Cici, a very nice and helpful staff member, I thank her so much she helped me to send my forgotten suitcase to my next hotel in Shenzhen. The breakfast is delicious and varied, they have a gym and also free laundry service. Ideal for business or family, I recommend it very much.

Offering a spa centre and hot tub, Conrad Guangzhou provides lush guestrooms and suites in the Tian He district of Guangzhou. This hotel boasts a terrace from where guests can enjoy views of the... Value for money.. Rooms were spacious with quality amenities, and river view was spectacular. The spa was amazing especially with the guest discount!

מלון גואנגזו (W Guangzhou) ממוקם במרכז העיר, במרחק 15 דקות הליכה ממוזיאון גואנגזו ומציע עיצוב עכשווי, חדרים אופנתיים עם חללי פנים מפוארים ונוף לעיר וחניה באתר. Excellent. Location, staff, FOOD, comfortable, large rooms always at the W. We spend a long time here, the staff grew to know us quickly and provided an extremely high level of service. We had our toddler with us, and she was well looked after, with a full size cot, and her buffet meals free of charge. The wait staff were always very hands on in helping us with keeping her entertained while we had a drink at the lobby bar. The check in staff weren't English speaking for the most part, so be prepared to use a translator app. There was a tall gentleman, European, who assisted our every interaction, he was an excellent leader and asset to the W team at Guangzhou, and really made our experience one to remember.
