Personalet er imøtekommende på alt og tar seg god tid med gjestene. Beliggenheten er så bra den kan bli. Hotellet er så lite at du blir kjent med andre gjester. Og ikke minst, veldig trivelig å spise frokost her.

One of the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed at and the staff were great!! The front desk was super friendly and helpful even with our limited Mandarin skills, they even helped us get rid of a large bug in our room late at night, haha. The ladies working at the hotel restaurant were also really nice and accommodating. The atmosphere here was very relaxing! If I ever take another trip to Guilin, I'd love to stay here again!
