Some of us wanted to rest and others do some sightseeing, and for this, the location was perfect. 1 hr drive from the airport or easily accessible by metro/maglev. Also, Yu Garden, The Bund and River Bank area is within short walking distance. Hotel was nice and clean. Staff was very kind and accommodated our early check-in request on site without any hesitation. Staff at reception spoke good English. Buffe breakfast was exceptional.

Fantastic location and wonderful management team. I checked in late and Danni was so efficient and put me right at ease after a long trip. She immediately explained the surroundings for my breakfast options and my coffee stops! In the next few days, Danni continue to check in with me on my comments of my room. It was the best penthouse hotel room I have enjoyed in Shanghai! Very much feeling it was my own home away from home, a rare jewel when one travels!
