Greeting guests with a grand marble lobby, the luxurious Crowne Plaza Hotel & Suites Landmark Shenzhen locates in the central area of Luohu District. The staffs at the reception are very helpful and efficient. I chose a wrong size room when doing my booking, and the front desk manager Tina Tian helped me to upgrade my room to a larger size at no extra cost. The room is very ample and the bed is very comfortable. I can even choose my favorite pillow type which is Buckwheats pillow for a nice sleep. There is a four USB charging ports on the side desk of the bed so that you can charge your iPad or cell phone without the need of a charger adaptor.(in case you forgot to bring one). The bathroom is also very big and clean. The breakfast buffet is delicious and with both Western and Chinese styles foods suits most of the guests from all over the world. The hotel is located at the center of Lou Hu district, only 5 min walking to the nearest GuoMao MTR station.

Shangri-La Hotel Shenzhen is located in Luohu District, a 5-minute walk from the Hong Kong border, Shenzhen Railway Station and Luohu Subway Station. It offers free internet access and an outdoor... The concierge and the door staff are very attentive and friendly. When we walked into the lobby, we are greeted with the fragrant lingering in the lobby that was very refreshing and welcoming. The concierge staff took our luggages and show us where to check-in. Winter was the staff checking us in and he was very helpful and making us feel like VIP. The check in process in smooth and easy. Our luggages were arrived up to our room the next instant when we are in our room. We stayed at Shangri-La for 3 nights. These 3 nights are amazing. The house keepers are very attentive and the hygiene is kept to a high standard as usual and we felt at home. On the day of check out, the Guest Service Manager, Rock Liu is so helpful as he make sure that we get can a taxi to drive us up to the Luo Wu-Hong Kong custom immigration even it was a very short distance from the hotel. He make sure that we are well taken care of as some taxi drivers may not be happy to do that for a very short distance and told the taxi driver that my wife had a sore back and will be hard to handle her luggage up to the custom check on. Well done to Rock and all the staff in Shangri-La!! We will be back again.
