At least one member of staff we spoke to spoke English, other used translator on the phone to communicate which works very well, so check-in and out was smooth. 10 mins from metro Daixin (in Chinese 大新). This is the closest metro station. It is Green Line (Line 1), second stop after changing from line 11, which goes from the airport. It makes the location super convenient to visit the city. Total time from the airport to the hotel by metro took us under 45 min, ticket price 5 Yen per trip. You can exchange money to get cash at the airport. A lot of food options around: both street food and restaurants.
