Well located in the Prague 1 district of Prague, Hotel Ikona is located 1.2 km from Prague Castle, 1.3 km from Prague Astronomical Clock and 1.3 km from Old Town Square. This was the cleanest hotel I have ever been to. Obviously recently renovated so all the facilities are brand new as well. The staff were professionals, friendly and gave us a lot of advice about the currency, places to see, transportation, etc. The breakfast was worth the extra cost as there is a buffet with a variety of fresh food (you can eat as much as you like) and you can order a coffee and a menu item which were also very well made. Their pannacotta is the best. Location is great, you can hear the peacocks from the park nearby, the tram stop is a very short walk from there and you can easily walk to most of the sights. A much quieter neighborhood compared to the other side of the bridge. I would definitely book the same place again but would probably choose a cheaper room.

This 4-star hotel offers a 24-hour front desk and a concierge service. 24h reception, staff was very nice and helpful. Room was very big and comfortable. Coffee and tea available in the room. The location was excellent and close to the center and main attractions in Prague. Thé breakfast was really great. Very nice buffet, changing every day.

The room was super clean. Attention to detail like leaving complimentary bottle of water and chocolate.. the breakfast was also very good and the staff very attentive. We really also like the location. We could really walk to all the sights.
