This 4-star-superior hotel next to Hamburg's Hagenbeck Zoo and Aquarium offers soundproofed rooms with exotic décor, a modern spa with panoramic views, and discounted access to the zoo. My entire experience from check-in to checking out was wonderful. Had dinner at the in house Restaurant and the food was brilliant. The bar has got a nice cozy feel, and it makes you want to stick around. The room was really spacious, unique deco more on the lines of an African Safari/tribal feel. The staff are very polite and helpful.

Šis Hamburgas centra motelis atrodas tikai 700 metru attālumā no pilsētas dzelzceļa (S-Bahn) stacijas Diebsteich. Friendly staff, clean, dog friendly. This was just a short overnight for us. Early breakfast which is great when we just want to get back on the road. For dinner they gave us a list of good restaurants within 10-20 mins walking. We always feel at home with our dog staying at Motel One. Comfortable bed and room. Parking onsite so very convenient overall.

This hotel is located in Hamburg only 20-25 minutes away from the city centre, the Landungsbrücken, the exhibition grounds, the musical theatres and the CCH congress centre by public transport. receptionists were very friendly and helpful, room and bathroom were clean, enough space for a solo traveller, curtains to get the room really dark, lighting in bathroom very nice, close to bus station (5min walk) and to train station (10 min walk)

Nothing Bad reception Even receptionist not at place and also at leaving time .no one is there and after call they said putting the keys on door and next day texting me for extra charges .so be careful …its better to be stay at station but not his hotel.
