This hotel is 50 metres from Père Lachaise Cemetery and 260 metres from Gambetta Metro Station, which leads directly to Place de la République. Friendly staff. I wanted a simple place to stay for the night with a good breakfast and I got it. Too floor room with an elevator.

Opened in December 2021, Hôtel Piapia is located in the east of Paris just 900 metres from Place de la Nation and its many transport links. The famous Père Lachaise Cemetery is a 15-minute walk away. I sayed four nights. the area was quiet despite the school across the street. The room was cleaned every day but don’t forget to leave the sign outside. We expected a very small room, as in Paris, but it has enough space to leave the large luggage on the floor and freely move around. Also a large bathroom. I found the breakfast offer very modest but after not finding anything better within a 10min walk from hotel, last two days I took breakfast at hotel and it was fine. Staff exceptionally welcoming for Paris

I came here for a work trip and the stay has been very pleasant. The room was clean and big enough, and the staff was polite and helpful. The position of the hotel was great, close to the metro and you could also reach many places by foot. Good value for money, for such an expensive city as Paris.
