This hotel is located in central Strasbourg, a 5-minute walk from the TGV train station and from Petite-France. It offers a wooden deck terrace and soundproofed accommodation with free Wi-Fi. The staff was helpful, friendly and professional. We had a problem with the air conditioning and they immediately offered us a room move to a better room. Thank you so much for that! The position was perfect, close to the station and the Petite France.

The location and value for money are unbeatable! My daughter and i arrived at 1130 am and the great lady at reception was able to check us in immediately and gave my daughter a lovely souvenir. ClapClap Hotel is a hotel located 400 metres from Strasbourg TGV Train station and Tram Station. It is 600 metres from the city centre and offers a terrace and rooms with free WiFi access. Everything was great. The staff treated us in the best way possible. They arranged a late checkout for us. The inner yard of the hotel was lovely with the possibility to have any meals in the yard and also a bar that was running till midnight. They paid a lot of attention to interior decoration which is the most important feature of where I stay. The colors, designs, and details were lovely.
