Since the very first moment we arrived, this hotel brings us smile and joy. The place is exceptionally well-designed, it's so beautiful and clean. The lounges are very comfortable (my husband specifically enjoy his early-morning reading time here!), the gym is small but functional, and the room - oh, the room. We especially love the high ceilings and comfy bed (++ the free chocolate). The staff is approachable, super friendly and professional, everything is lovely! The location is perfect - a quiet street and easy access to museums, cafes, and other public transport. I would also recommend at least one breakfast here for a complete experience of the hotel. We had no issues with noise even though we kept the window open during the night. The room was a bit hot for one of us so we got a fan from the staff that did a l great job. The location of the hotel is amazing! There is a bus stop outside the hotel and 2 underground stations nearby, one of them less than 2 minutes away. I have to say that I loved that the staff takes time to reply the comments. You can see how much they care.

Situated just metres from Earl’s Court Underground Station (zone 1) and less than 30 minutes directly on the Piccadilly line from Heathrow Airport, guests have easy access to all of London’s major... The staffs are very helpful and friendly. They helped us carrying big luggage down and up, also let us store out bags there after check-out for a few hours. The beds and pillows are comfortable too.The location is just too good to be true.
