It has a special vibe to it just like all the other Hoxtons i visited, it feels like a home away from home. Chet’s, the restaurant was superb and all the staff was really nice and always helpful and friendly, especially Daria at the Reception who was very kind. The hotel is also close to two metro and a bus station so Its really well connected and there are also a 24h shop and a lot of bars and places to grab food from nearby. The complimentary water and milk in the fridge is a nice touch. Overall i really recommend this hotel and will be returning soon.

W12 Rooms is situated next to Shepherd’s Bush underground station and Westfield Shopping Centre, which features a wide variety of designer shops, restaurants and cafés. All perfect and as described. Every member of staff was especially friendly and helpful. Together with the good central location, comfortable and very clean room, I highly recommend this property. Many thanks for the great stay!

Less than a 5-minute walk from the O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire, a music venue, the Abbey is located opposite the Westfield London Shopping Centre. Free WiFi. the close vicinity to the shopping center is great. lovely staff as well. will definitely visit again.
