They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 12nn. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city center; main attractions like Big Ben and Buckingham Palace, supermarket ,shops,restaurants bars are within walking distance. The morning breakfast service was lovely and had a selection of sweet and savoury foods to indulge in, as well as fresh fruits and juices. I would like to mention the ladies from POTUS Bar & Restaurant; Jenny, Anna, and Madalena who made our breakfast even more enjoyable. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody!

I recently stayed at a place in Martin Waterloo and must say that the location was absolutely perfect. It was situated near the Lamberth North station which made it very convenient for me to access various places in London. Not to mention that it is quite near to the London Eye and Big Ben. I also found it very comfortable to have grocery stores, coffee shops, and halal food options in close proximity to the place. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They assisted me whenever I needed help and made my stay very comfortable. Another great thing about the place was that there were kitchens in the rooms which allowed me to cook my own meals on days when I did not feel like eating out. All in all, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Martin Waterloo.

Offering a restaurant and bar, Park Plaza London Waterloo is located in London, a short walk from Lambeth North underground station and less than a 10-minute walk from Westminster Bridge and the... Everything, the. real fast is great, the room is wonderful. I think they know me by name now. Really enjoyed my stay here each time.

Situated 2 minutes’ walk from The London Eye, The Wellington Hotel offers free WiFi and an on-site pub offering home-made dishes. Excellent location, just outside Waterloo station. Booked the twin room with Shower. Room was a good size. Beds were comfy. Had a desk and chair in the room with tea and coffee making facilities (the coffee was very good and were special coffee bags). The bathroom was a good size and the shower was powerful. The rooms were cleaned every day. We met the housekeeping girls and they were very friendly and did a good job. Breakfast was included in the price and it was incredible. There was a continental buffet and cooked breakfast made to order. The smashed avocado, tomatoes, and poached eggs on sourdough bread was incredible and I had almost every day. The eggs Benedict was fresh with gorgeous hollandaise sauce. Breakfast was busy with people yet we didn’t have to wait too long for food. The breakfast staff were lovely and caring and one of the managers/owners was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. With the amount of people at breakfast and the fact the rooms are above a busy pub, I was expecting the hotel to be noisy but I didn’t hear anything. We had the window open and there was only minimal noise heard from outside. We had a morning flight to London and an evening flight home and there was no extra charge to store the bags before check in and after check out. Hotel guests also get discount in the pub which we used once too! Highly recommend this hotel and we will DEFINITELY be back.

Located on the south side of the River Thames, 650 metres from the London Underground, Park Plaza London Riverbank has free WiFi and air-conditioned rooms with flat-screen TVs. EVERYTHING WENT WELL WE HAD A VERY GOOD ROOM. THE STAFF WERE EXCELENT. FLORINA, THE GUEST RELATIONS MANAGER WAS JUST TOO GOOD (EXCELLENT , EXCELLENT .....). SHE WENT BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY TO MAKE OUR STAY A PLEASANT ONE.

Located on the South Bank of the Thames, Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London is set opposite the Houses of Parliament and Big Ben, on the South Bank. great location right infront of the elizabeth tower and london eye , big and nice rooms . the room was very clean

With fantastic views of Big Ben and the River Thames, this historic 5-star Marriott hotel boasts a swimming pool. Its spacious rooms include luxurious bathrobes and Egyptian cotton sheets. Thanks to Eyad from the reception staff, the 35th wedding anniversary family trip became a comfortable, fun and memorable trip. The family room is too small and inconvenient for 4 adults. I would rather have a 2 room.
