Perfect location, nice new facilities, parking on street but we always found a free spot. Very helpful staff.

Bright and spacious with fantastic view. Good location with excellent information left in the apartment on restaurants, supermarkets, bars, beaches, taxi and bus telephone numbers. Fully equipped kitchen, (except toaster) hairdryer, iron and ironing board and beach towels. Staff there every day always helpful and friendly.

The apartment itself was impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and exuded a sense of warmth and comfort. The attention to detail was evident, from the soft, luxurious bedding to the carefully curated artwork that adorned the walls. I also appreciated the convenient location of the apartments, with various local attractions and dining options within walking distance. Whether it was exploring the vibrant local markets or indulging in authentic Greek cuisine at nearby tavernas, there was never a dull moment during my stay. Overall, my experience at the Cozy Apartments was nothing short of exceptional. The friendly and attentive staff, the tranquil surroundings, and the convenient location near Koum Kapi Beach combined to create a memorable and rejuvenating getaway. A recently renovated property, SK Luxury Residence is situated in Chania Town near Nea Chora Beach, Saint Anargyri Church and Municipal Art Gallery of Chania. The apartment was very clean, spacious and well furnished. We had everything we needed. Every room has its own air conditioning. We had a very welcoming and friendly host. The location is also very good and there are many restaurants and bars nearby. The old town is just a few minutes walking away. If you have a rental car, you can park on the street of the apartment.

A recently renovated property, Kabanas suite 1 is situated in Chania Town near Koum Kapi Beach, Nea Chora Beach and Saint Anargyri Church. By far the best accommodation I’ve had in Greece, location is great, quiet neighborhood but very close to the old town, also it’s near the beach (1 minute walk) with many restaurants available as well The apartment itself is brand new, big, comfortable and great for privacy. the designers (which are also the hosts) did an awesome job decorating it! The Cherry on top are the hosts themselves - Sissy and her husband are super friendly and are available for any question we’ve had Long story short, if you read this and it’s available, book it! You’ll have an awesome time

The apartment is absolutely new and very nice and cozy. We were the first guests. The place is near Koum Kapi beach and within a walking distance from the Old Venetian harbor. We had everything necessary for a pleasant and comfortable stay. The owners are two very kind and positive ladies. They welcomed us as their personal guests - with cipuro, home made traditional Greek specialty, home made olive oil, coffee and other compliments from the house. We totally recommend this place.

Situated in Chania Town, 300 metres from Koum Kapi Beach and 1.9 km from Nea Chora Beach, Koum Kapi Mare Luxury Maisonette Jacuzzi & Private Parking offers air conditioning. The location was amazing. The terrace was really big, shaded, had views of the sea and very well equipped. We also loved the jacuzzi. When we arrived there was bread, orange juice, complimentary wine, honey etc. this was a lovely welcome.
