Service and facilities, and breakfast, were perhaps the best I have stayed in. And we have visited a lot of 5 star hotels. Eric the concierge just wonderful. So helpful. Beatrice in club Lounge was so lovely and helpful also. Gym was superb.

Boasting a panoramic views of Victoria Harbour and the city, The Upper House is centrally located in Hong Kong Island right on top of Pacific Place, the city’s premier shopping mall. I have no complaints. Staff is very attentive to our needs and very courteous. Room is very spacious, clean and comfortable. Location is also perfect. Everything is great.

The staff's service and attention to detail are exceptional. I especially like the housekeeping staff. They are invisible, like ninjas. I never met them. However, they never fail to delight us upon our return to our room. They put cord organizers to, well, organize our chargers. They replenish meticulously whatever item (food or non-food) that we use in the room. The complimentary mango gummies are delicious! The staff in the lobby and restaurants are also super attentive. We never have to call them for anything. They can anticipate our needs. You can have the most beautiful infrastructure, but the frontliners that the guests come in contact with are the heart of any hotel.

Overlooking Victoria Harbour, Mandarin Oriental offers elegant rooms with 48-inch flat-screen TV, 8 dining options including Michelin Star restaurant Mandarin Grill+Bar, a spa and fitness centre. My favourite hotel in Hong Kong. Excellent location, connected by airbridge to many shopping malls and close to Victoria Harbour. Very good rooms with all amenities you could think of and excellent service.

El Butterfly on LKF Boutique Hotel Central està ubicat al Central District de Hong Kong i ofereix habitacions amb WiFi gratuïta. Supercèntric i comfortable. Bona relació qualitat-preu tenint en compte que és Hong Kong.

L'hotel boutique Butterfly On Wellington està situat a 8 minuts a peu de l'estació de metro MTR Central. La situació és immillorable a pocs metres de la’escala central- mid-levels. L’habitació estava molt neta i ens deixaven dues ampolles d’aigua cada dia. L’habitació era molt espaiosa i amb molts mobles on deixar coses, cosa poc habitual a la zona. A més disposàvem d’un deshumidificador a l’habitació.

The Pottinger Hong Kong, guanyador del premi el 2014 al millor hotel boutique urbà d'Àsia, està ben situat a barri Central, a poca distància a peu de l'estació MTR de Central, el servei de trasllat... Location was great, service was amazing. Didn’t expect this level of service from a boutique hotel. Compared to my previous experience in Hong Kong this stay was really good.

Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong heralds a new era with the continuing launch of modernised guestrooms designed by renowned French interior designer Tristan Auer. Loved the view from my bedroom and the spa experience. Bathroom was a little old but everything worked well. Appreciated the friendly and attentive staff and the wonderful breakfast. Amazing location too.
