Attractively located in the Menteng district of Jakarta, Stanley Wahid Hasyim is situated 400 metres from Sarinah, 1.6 km from Selamat Datang Monument and 1.9 km from Grand Indonesia. Excellent location with lots of restaurants and street food nearby. Everything was very clean and they cleaned the room everyday. Very friendly staff. 24h reception was nice, as we arrived at around 1am. Breakfast was quite good, a mix of Indonesian and western food (fried rice/noodles, a couple of meat dishes, toast, cereal, fruit). Overall, a great place to stay in Jakarta.

The staff and facilitates were amazing. There was a laundry room which was really helpful for us as we'd been traveling prior to arriving in Jakarta. The room was clean and spacious, we really enjoyed our stay. Theres also a really amazing satay place about 10 minutes away walking called Sate & Seafood Senayan. It was amazing, we went twice.

The room was clean. The hotel had gym and swimming pool. Central location with lot of food stall nearby. We loved the breakfast, it had lot of options. The Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Situated in Jakarta, 1.2 km from Sarinah, Ashley Sabang Jakarta features accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking and a fitness centre. This hotel is really centrally located and is especially a good choice, if you want to explore the sights in the government area or Java after your stay in Jakarta and go on by train: The National Monument (MONA) and the other government area sights are just a block away. Gambir train station (Jakarta‘s main station) is 3 - 10 minutes by Blue Taxi/Grab (depending on traffic), as ist East Gate Mall. It is linked to the aiport by a central motorway, so commuting time is less than an hour (the hotel can either arrange airport pick-up for you, or you go outside the airport and book your own transport to the hotel e.g. at the Golden Bird counter directly outside - you cannot miss it). Breakfast is great - they have great coffee, a wonderful choice of Indonesian dishes (which change daily), fresh fruit, jam and toast and cereal, and you can both sit inside or outside. In addition, in the street, there are loads of nice cafés to linger, a lot of padang and other restaurants as well as a lot of street food restaurants in the evening. There are also several Indomaret supermarkets to buy fresh drinks and cosmetics. There is a small gym (look at the Booking.com pictures - it is exactly like that). The rooms are modern and clean. We asked for a quiet room and got one in the ninth floor - there was no traffic noise, and the views were great. Also, you will have to tell the hotel in advance, if you want a smoking or nonsmoking room.
