Da ich meine Ohrringe in einem anderen Hotel vergessen hatte, wurden sie mir in das Hotel gesendet. Der Concierge-Service, insbesondere Matori, hat alles dafür getan, dass ich das Paket bis zu unserer Abreise hatte. Wirklich toller Service! Ansonsten: Da es eine Schweizer Hotelkette ist, gab es auch mal was anderes zu Frühstücken und wir hatten uns sehr über Bircher-Müsli, Lachs, Käse und Schwarzbrot gefreut.

Sehr praktisch: die unmittelbare Nähe zu einer Shopping Mall. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war einfach und lecker, die Zimmer praktisch und funktional, in gepflegtem Zustand.

I really love this hotel! It's really a 5 star hotel listed as a 4. It's situated on a lake, surrounded by mansions, so it feels like a resort. They go the extra mile with a full gym, beautiful outdoor pool, large grounds with tennis courts, playground and zoo even horses on the weekend, and mini golf, bicycles to loan. The rooms are beautiful. It's a very classy place. The breakfast is terrific. The restaurants, and for me especially the Korean restaurant on the first floor is amazing! This hotel was a great discovery for me. And the management, the gracious Miss Nina, and her staff, were very kind. I attribute my success in Jakarta to this excellent abode in the middle of Jakarta.
