Everything! The hotel is cozy, with a beautiful garden and nice houses. A lot of greenery, shade, nice pool and sunbeds, great restaurant and really amazing SPA We had a suite next to the pool, but the noise was not disturbing even though I am a light sleeper. The pool was clean and the staff was really friendly and helpful, we felt very welcomed here and it was a great experience. Food at the restaurant was tasty. There are different breakfast options, local and European, and all of them were good. We also usually had a lunch and dinner here and never regretted. We tried Balineseadsage in the SPA and it was just brilliant. Therapist Mary does a great job and has really golden hands. So polite, careful and caring. We tried massage un few places before, but this was superb. We rented a car so the location was not an issue for us, but if you don't plan to rent a car or motorbike it might be an issue. On the other hand - this hotel literally has everything for the vacation. I would definitely recommend it and return here again.

Super friendly hosts, great location, great air conditioning system - cooled the room in minutes. I didn't get the chance to try the pool, but it looked very inviting and deep! So probably not for the kids (or at least with your supervision)! Cold water on tap for an additional small fee was great, I loved this feature!

Situated 5 km from Serangan Turtle Island, Andaz Bali - a Concept by Hyatt in Sanur features a restaurant and outdoor swimming pool. Everything was excellent ! The room was very nice, comfortable big bed, tasty breakfast and fast reaction of service people made our stay pleasurable ! Highly recommend to go there as a couple or as a family with kids.
