I thought the staff (Veronica especially, but not only her) were wonderful. Very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Went above and beyond what was expected.

It is a nice, clean, cozy, newly renovated hotel with a super good location. It was pretty expensive, but it was worth it. Dublin, in general, is quite expensive for hotels. It has a well-sized shower and toilet room. The temperature was just perfect, and you could open a window to get some fresh air. It has a good bar and restaurant. Easy to access by taxi or public transport, about 5 min slight up-hill work from the bus stop. The staff was helpful and fully committed to resolving all issues or requests. Thanks to all!

The whole ambiance of the hotel is so welcoming. The staff are very helpful. Perfect location. We were upgraded to junior suite and it was huge. We enjoyed this hotel and will be back again.

Featuring a fitness centre, a restaurant as well as a bar, NYX Hotel Dublin Portobello is set in the centre of Dublin, 1.3 km from St. Stephen's Green. Everything, location was 25 walk to temple bar 3 minutes walk to the bus, very comfortable bed ,nice rooms clean, staff couldn't be nice especially Gabriela who was very lovely to talk to and gave me the best tips on where to see Irish dancing and I enjoyed it so much. The highlight for me was I never felt safer as a female solo traveller the hotel has instructions in every female toilet on what to do if you feel something is not right and also fire instructions to people with hearing issues. Shout out to who ever came up with these ideas and to the managers who applied them. I knew that not knowing anyone in Ireland I could reach out to the staff and get help which really made me feel safe and happy so thank you.
