They have all the facilities a modern home should have, including a living (and dining) room with TV and comfortable sofa, an open kitchen with all the tableware you need, a nice bedroom and a bathroom. There is also a washing machine located on the balcony (you jave to buy detergent yourself though). Basically, you can find everything. You do the check in and check out yourself by picking up a key in a number lock and returning it to a mailbox, which I actually prefer (I am an introvert).
