Great location and wonderful place to stay. The sauna and spa were a delightful bonus but it does get busy and it’s not that big.

I love the free amenities available for guests as well as the amenities for rent, it is extremely thoughtful for this service. Check-in and out process can be easily done via the kiosk machine. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly and are able to converse in English which is a plus. There's also coin laundry, vending machine and microwave available for use!

Super clean and comfortable, rooms are large for families, most importantly include breakfast which is super yummy and generous! My kids kept saying that one of the best experience in Japan is staying at comfort hotel!

The location is nice, just walk 2 minutes from the exit of LRT station. The staff is helpful and friendly, able to communicate in english (foreign language friendly) . The room is quite big and cozy, it is value for money.

Convenient location near the JR Kobe Sannomiya station. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Very good breakfast, nice onsen. Variety of parking lots around the hotel.
