IMU HOTEL KYOTO is situated in Kyoto, 5-minute walk from Shijo-Karasuma Metro Station and Hankyu Karasuma Station. I recently stayed at this accommodation, and it was a perfect experience. The cleanliness and comfort were top-notch, and the staff was exceptionally helpful. The location is ideal, well-connected to transport and metro stations. The convenience of storing luggage for free after checkout added to the overall positive experience. Additionally, the accommodation offered complimentary sake and coffee. The free beverages added a delightful touch to an already perfect stay.

מקום האירוח Hotel GOCO stay Kyoto Shijo Kawaramachi שוכן במיקום מעולה ברובע Nakagyo Ward בקיוטו, במרחק של 1.2 ק''מ מKyoto Shigaku Kaikan Conference Hall, 1.3 ק''מ מתיאטרון סמוראי קמבו קיוטו ו-1.4 ק''מ... 30 meters to Nishiki market :) - 10’ walk to Pontocho or Gion. Room is small yet spotless, not to mention the washing machine, the sink & dishwashing liquid (sometimes you need to buy food from Nishiki and being back to the room to eat).

Location was great, just a short walk away from main street and round the corner from Shijo Station. Bars and restauranrs nearby and Nishiki Market 5 mins away for lots of great food options. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in and the duvet felt like a cloud. Great bathroom/shower/tub too and loved the style of the room. Complimentary Evian water also a nice touch. Very friendly staff too. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

We felt so welcome at this hotel and everyone that works there is beyond kind and helpful. The location was perfect. Amazing restaurants within walking distance and a bus stop to all destinations a short walk away. We took a taxi from the train station to the hotel - price ranged from 1200-1500 yen. The property is charming, has a local feel and was very quiet. The room size was perfect for us.

Clean, beautifully simple Japanese style rooms, and while on the smaller side (we are 5 9 and 6 4 and were fine), we loved every moment ♥️ the welcome matcha ceremony, the beautiful incents, the welcoming and helpful staff, the location, the beauty of this small ryokan. Excellent value for the price. Do not walk, but run for this Absolutely incredible accommodation in the heart of Kyoto, on a quiet and beautiful street. Thank you, Saju!!!

Small cafe, bakery and restaurants positioned conveniently nearby the hotel. The Quadruple room was spacious, and nice layout. Reception was very attentive. Amenities are the usual 'take what you need'. Ideal place to stay around Kyoto for several days.
