It was really nice to have a very good restaurant in the first level as it was delicious and affordable. It was always nice to get some dinner after a long day of walking. The place is perfectly located, very close to Kinugawa Onsen station and an hour train ride to Tobu-Nikko station.

Superb views of the river and really lovely onsens. There's a 7-11 nearby stocked with all your daily necessities and lots of snacks.

Located in Nikko, 11 miles from Tobu Nikko Station, K's House Nikko - Kinugawa Onsen Hostel provides accommodations with a shared lounge, free private parking and a terrace. The onsen was fantastic, especially since I had it to myself. A nice way to ease into the public onsen atmosphere. Spacious private room with private bathroom and deep soaking tub.

11 miles from Tobu Nikko Station, KINUGAWA KEISUI provides 4-star accommodations in the Kinugawa Onsen district of Nikko. The facilities are super awesome, with free laundry, free minibar (even with alcohol!) provided. Female & Male public bath did interchange each other for evening and morning session, so we can enjoy both facilities. They even have massage chairs in the public bath area for free. Sadly if there is chance to purchase milk/ yogurt after onsen, it will be perfect! The breakfast and dinner are nice too. Breakfast is semi-buffet with quite a lot of salad & drink provided. When we mentioned one of us has certain food allergy, the manager checked in details to ensure everything is alright.

Kinugawa Station Front room A is located in Nikko, just 13 miles from Nikko Station and 14 miles from Nikko Toshogu Shrine. The air-conditioned accommodation is 12 miles from Tobu Nikko Station. Modern, clean, comfortable beds, spacious for a family. A very short walk from train station, using the foot bridge that goes from the station and over the railway tracks. We found it easy with our big suitcases.Has an auto-fill bathtub, and auto-reheats the bath water too. 3 comfortable double beds in one room, plus a tatami room. Toilet upstairs and downstairs. Kitchen has everything you need to make meals, incl fridge, microwave, rice cooker and kettle. Laundry liquid supplied for washing machine. Lawsons store nearby for groceries. Instructions provided in English in the house manual for operating the washing machine and hot water and appliances. A wonderful stay and we would highly recommend this if you want to be near Edo Wonderland (4km away) (there is a local bus, shuttle bus and taxi) and the suspension bridge walk to the lookout (12min walk). Easy to get a train to Nikko to see the shrines and abyss - highly recommend to book in advance the free volunteer guide Yumiko to show you around Nikko.

Located right next to Kinugawa River and offering the views of the valley, Nanaeyae features open-air hot spring baths and delicately prepared seasonal Japanese course meals. -Superb meals and service, friendly and polite staff -Good views in the hotel room and onsen -Great location (around 5 mins walk from the station)
