Everything! Location was perfect. The staff were the best. All the amenities were great. Thank you so much! All the front desk staff were friendly and all requests were addressed. Great location!! Next to Aeon and McDonald’s (both open 24h if I’m not mistaken), is great if you’re not paying for breakfast at the hotel & felt safe walking around even when you wanted to get late night snacks. Clean and comfortable bed, the size of the room is just nice for solo travellers. Great staff too! They tried their best to communicate with you (since there’s language barrier) and help you, really appreciate the effort! Overall, really recommended!! Small mishap: If you want to send your luggages to the airport for convenience, better to ask the receptionists in details and make sure they could do same day delivery if you’re thinking one.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel last year so I booked it again this time, and so I had another great time in Osaka. Friendly and helpful staffs, small but cozy room, great location next to a 24h-food supermarket and metro stations, and in walking distance to Dotonbori area. Our room was next to the elevator but we barely noticed its noise. Another plus is, the onion soup powder they provide for free is very tasty. Here is my 12/10 for this great hotel.
