Everything was perfect, from start to finish. Ozaki is so kind and waited up for us from our late flight and made sure we had everything.we needed and a whole lot more. We had a massive room with space to relax and move around, the bath and shower were fantastic and the washer dryer was so useful. The children were also very happy with Netflix and Disney+! We also dressed up in the traditional outfits with Ozaki's help, which was super fun for everyone. The ryokan is in an amazing location close to the metro just a couple of stops from Dotombori and Osaka Castle to name a couple of things. It was so easy to get around and there are many cafes and convenience stores very close by to grab whatever you need. We would 100% stay again.

The staff were very helpful, especially organising luggage forwarding. The bedroom was fresh and clean. Really close to the train and enough places to eat nearby.

We stayed at their sister hotel in Tokyo as well and this was our favourite hotel chain during our 2 week cycling trip in Japan. Very well thought out design and details that made it comfortable and efficient for travellers. The Aeon market right next door was amazing and super convenient since it was 24hrs.

Objekat Hearton Hotel Shinsaibashi Nagahoridouri se nalazi na dobroj lokaciji u Osaki, i to u četvrti Nishi Ward, na 8 min. We loved this hotel so much that we extended another day twice. Original plan was to stay 2 nights, and we made it our base for exploring for 4 nights. We stayed in a double-bed room, and in a room with 2 twin beds, and we liked the layout of the twin beds better. We got back late a couple of nights and did not feel like going out to eat. There is a really nice grocery store next door that is open late. The hotel rooms we stayed in did not have a microwave, but there is one available on the first floor. We stayed in Osaka while visiting Nara and Kyoto which are both short train rides away.

Open in April 2017, Hotel androoms Osaka Hommachi is set in the Osaka Station, Umeda, Yodoyabashi, Hommachi district in Osaka, 1.5 km from Billboard Live Osaka and 2 km from Glico Man Sign. The beds on the podium look great, but it's hard to get up from them. We liked the amenities in the lobby.

Opened in February 2017, Hotel Cordia Osaka is just a minute's walk away from Higobashi Station. The property is also just a 5-minute walk from Yodoyabashi Station. -The hotel is near a subway station and convenience store. -Staff are accommodating. -room and bathroom are clean
