Cab ride to the Sapporo Station is about 10-15 minutes and is about 1000-2000 ¥ depending on traffic. Breakfast is great with lots of variety available- Japanese fare, western breakfast items, and a nice coffee machine. Staff were very courteous and kind. A+

The location is great. It's not located in the busy and crowded centre but offers you walking distance to basically everything: the shopping centre, karaoke, and, of course, the convenience stores. The hotel itself has comfy and clean rooms. You can't expect a big hotel room in Japan...but I love small rooms and I really don't feel this one is too small. The staff here are extremely friendly and helpful, and they went above and beyond in helping me find a way to book a soccer game ticket. Overall, I really love this hotel, can't think of a single bad thing about it. If I ever come to Sapporo to visit again, I will definitely stay here again.

Very clean and new, friendly and professional staff always there trying to help to cater your needs. Very spacious for the price we paid, breakfast were good too. We stayed three nights in total, we were very satisfied with their service and environment. There are lot's of restaurants and convenience stores nearby the hotel too, all within walking distance. Highly recommend!
