There was a massage chair, but I didn't use it; it was too rough on my back. The buffet was delicious and there were many choices. The hotel was close to many shops, restaurants, and the train station. Also, there was a lovely little bakery next door. There is a public sauna. You must sign up to use the room, which is private.

The hosts are focused on customer satisfaction. From helping me print a necessary document (which took over 30 minutes!) to helping me arrange taxis on short notice, I felt truly taken care of. I am a single traveler, African American woman who doesn’t speak any Japanese. They knew how to communicate with me and they made me feel welcome and at home. I would recommend my mother to stay here!
