The location was more than perfect, 5 minutes walking from Iidabashi Metro Station to reach every spot in the city. 20 minutes walk to the Imperial Palace. The neighborhood was quiet compared to crowded tourist locations and with combini stores and restaurants nearby. The workers were very polite. We were surprised how big the hotel is, with a mini-mart and a beautiful Patisserie. The room was a bit small but comfortable and very clean. Also the laundry room was very convenient.

Me gustó mucho la facilidad de accesos a los trenes y del transporte público en general. It was very well located and very pretty. The attention of the hotel staff was excellent. Very polite and very gentle. I really liked the ease of access to trains and public transportation in general.
