Amenities, value, comfort are all nice. Location by Ueno park and bus stops are all good, metro is not too long of a walk also. Free coffee and their free tea selection is better than average. Friendly staff! The lady at front desk (wish I had gotten her name) after we had already checked out and returned for our stored bags was super nice in helping us find the quickest way to airport (that none of the navigation apps showed). Her colleague was also very helpful in tracking down our taxi outside. Thank you guys!

The apartment was new with a kitchen and bathroom with seperate bath to the shower as well as a washing machine. It was also thoroughly cleaned prior to my stay.
