Staff are very friendly, kind, and helpful. I had to leave very early for the airport and couldn't get any taxi. The staff helped me to call one off the road and told the driver where I am going and even helped with the luggage! Thanks again for the amazing service

Marunouchi Hotel is a minute's walk from Tokyo Station Marunouchi North Exit and a 10-minute taxi ride from Tsukiji Fish Market. Superb cleanliness, location, staff, and quality of accommodation. Nothing was left out. Well thought through details in room, from toiletries to hand roasted Kyoto coffee. In this day and age, cigar bar and walk-in humidor, with a great cigar selection, was a masterpiece. Well done.
