El COCOSHUKU Nakano ofrece habitaciones con aire acondicionado y TV de pantalla plana en el distrito Nakano de Tokio. We booked this for a group of 4, and the value for money is the first reason why we chose this hotel. It’s comfortable and of a pretty decent size. The location is also a stone's throw away from one of the train stations going to Namba, which is really convenient. Speaking of the location, I know many of you are curious about the "safety" issues mentioned in a lot of reviews here. Let’s put things into perspective. I can understand why some people may find it looks "unsafe" because there are some homeless people around the area; however, it always depends on what you consider unsafe. My friends and I come from a country where unsafe means you are really in danger, like crimes and those kinds of stuff, but I am telling you, this area isn’t like that. We never felt unsafe, and there was no reason for us to feel that when we were there. My advice is if homeless people or just a regular residential area will make you feel uncomfortable, then don’t book it. But if you’re okay with staying in an area with real residential life, then give this place a chance.

I also read a nostalgic picture book. I also enjoyed the slide. I also played games with my family. The smile of my mother over 80 is the best. I am looking forward to the next season.

The location is great. Easy and convenient access to many restaurants, shopping areas, departmental stores and Nakano subway/train station. I will book this property again if I visit Tokyo with my family members in a near future.

El GrapeHouse Koenji, situado en el barrio de Nakano, ofrece un alojamiento solo para mujeres, con conexión wifi gratis. It's very cozy and both staff and other occupants were very nice. Everything was meticulously clean from the shower to the sleeping area. Incredible value for the generous pricing in my opinion. I'm just sad that I was only able to stay one night due to my schedule.
