From check-in to check-out. Breakfast was simple but decent. Location great. The staff were super friendly, helpful, and polite. A shout out to customer service, who kept in contact with me after checkout because we forgot personal belongings.

Very calm neighborhood, though restaurants and bars are located within walking distance from the hotel. There are a lot of grocery stores around, you can enter one of them right from the hotel. Clean rooms with all the necessary facilities (kettle, hairdryer etc). Helpful & polite staff. One day we had breakfast at the hotel, and it was good. Comfortable pillow & bed.

Overall, the hotel room and surroundings were exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the staff was both friendly and helpful. The location was outstanding, providing a view of Tokyo Tower and being just a short walk from the subway.
