The hotel is designed wonderful, staff is super friendly - they go above and beyond if you need something or have special requested and the rooms are really cozy and silent. You have everything you need and more plus you are located super centrally. Ginza line is just around the corner and takes you to all hot-spots within minutes. The Tokyo Station is also within walking distance (10 minutes) which is perfect if you arrive with the Shinkansen or come from the airport. We would stay here again anytime!

Boasting a terrace, Asakusa Kokono Club Hotel is set in the centre of Tokyo, 70 metres from Edo Taito Traditional Crafts Center. Vi kom på hotellet flere timer flr innsjekk for å sette fra oss baggasjen, de var syper hyggelige og sjekket oss inn med en gang da rommet vårt var klart allerede. Kjempefint romt med kanon beliggenhet. 2 sek unna alt, men i ei stille sidegate så det er stille på natta. Engelsk var ikke noe problem og de var veldig på tilbuds siden. Kommer definitivt tilbake.

Veldig bra wifi og de lar deg oppbevare bagasjen hele dagen avreisedagen.

Composed of 2 buildings, The Okura Tokyo boasts a garden and bar. Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk and room service, along with free WiFi. Impeccable service. Had a mishap with my parking that was my mistake due to the language barrier. The staff especially Onose san and Yoshihara san went out of their way to help me. Will be staying here again and again.

The location is the best for Ginza area. The room we got is Executive Double room. It fits our family of 3 perfectly. Although, the hotel does not have buffet breakfast, they delivered breakfast in the wooden box to your room. We found that it is very convenience. Hotel does not have car park, but there is a paid parking nearby. Staff was vey nice during check in and check out. Hotel also has the restuarant guidebook that is very helpful.

Very nice new hotel with a beautiful concept around the Japanese green tea tradition. Staff was super helpful, even when we experienced an earthquake on Jan 1st (the building is prepared for that). Our room was spacious enough for a 3-night stay. Extremely clean and has great amenities. Close to a JR train station (10min on foot).
