It was late at night and my Uber eats wasn't working. I also wasn't able to call and place an order for food because of the language barrier. The woman at the front desk was able to call and place an order for myself and my pregnant wife. We are very grateful for her outstanding service.

Staff friendly and helpful. Location was good. Competitively priced. Housekeeping was thorough, had a good supply of fresh towels and bottled water. Facilities e.g bathroom, washing machine, walk in wardrobe were all excellent. Views were wonderful, especially the nightly fireworks display. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Comfort Suites Tokyo Bay is situated in Tokyo, 4.1 km from Tokyo DisneySea and has a fitness centre. With free WiFi, this 3-star hotel offers free shuttle service and a 24-hour front desk. The room was excellent and well equipped. There was a shuttle to Disney only for the hotel throughout the day. There is a laundry, nearby malls with restaurants and supermarkets. מלון הן נא מאיהאמה טוקיו ביי ממוקם בטוקיו (Tokyo), במרחק 1.5 ק"מ מטוקיו דיסנילנד (Tokyo Disneyland) ובמרחק 2.2 ק"מ מטוקיו דיסני-סי (Tokyo DisneySea). Great place for a short Disneyland stay. The robots are very cool, especially RoBoHon. It is walking distance to the Disney Parks (~30 min). The room is comfortable and quite large for Japanese standards.

To get to the hotel you have to take the train to Shin- Uruyasu Station and head out to the main exit and go to the bus station in front of a mall. The bus station you are looking for to align is beipaku which at least 3 buses route covers them. Align the bus you will have walk a short distance to the hotel It feels like a safe neighbourhood to walk. There is free shuttle bus to disneyland. The room was spacious. The toiletries in the bathroom are the good quality ones and they provide pyjamas for the guests. I also love the fact that they have shoes dryer and deodorant spray in the room. On the way to the hotel our shoes got wet and stinky and the spray and shoes dryer saved our day.
