Well situated in the Kinosaki Onsen district of Toyooka, Japanese Guesthouse Kinosaki Wakayo (Female Only) is set 2.8 km from Kinumaki Shrine, 4.2 km from Seto Shrine and 4.8 km from North Disaster... The hosts at this guest host are beyond kind! Their facility is exceptionally clean and very cute and comfortable! It is also well located right near many public onsen. I loved staying here for a night!

2.8 km from Kinumaki Shrine, Kinosaki Onsen Hanakouji Saigetsu is a recently renovated property situated in Toyooka and features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. We had 2 room rooms, one for my wife and myself and one for my daughter. Both rooms were exceptional. Best place we stayed in our 2 weeks in Japan. The whole experience was just wonderful. We arrived an hour late and the staff were very accommodating.

Offering sea views, Miharaso is an accommodation set in Toyooka, 1.4 km from North Disaster Earthquake Monument and 1.9 km from Kehi Shrine. Great breakfast was provided, and the staff are super nice even if there's a language barrier. It's a bit of a distance from the Onsen town but the staff picked us up from the train station and brought us to the hotel, then dropped us back off at the Onsen town with a pickup time and location to meet them when it was time to leave. They even loaned us umbrellas due to the rain. If you're on a budget but want to go to Kinosakionsen town and have a nice stay you can't do much better than this
