A 7-minute walk from Yudanaka Train Station, Yorozuya features hot spring baths, a hot tub and Japanese-style rooms with a private terrace and private bathroom. Beautiful traditional Ryokan with attentive staff and a wonderful experience! The onsens are superb. We highly recommend it!

Situato a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Yudanaka, lo Yudanaka Tawaraya Ryokan offre sistemazioni in stile giapponese con connessione WiFi gratuita e TV a schermo piatto, un servizio... The service as this Ryokan was 10/10, and was the most authentic one we stayed in during our 4 weeks in Japan. The staff were so lovely, and spoke great English. They showed us to our room, and gave us essentially a "room tour" whilst we drank complimentary tea. They gave us a map with nearby restaurants and ammenties noted on it. The private outdoor onsen was SO nice! You book a slot upon arrival, which you can access in the evening with 30 min slots. The onsen was large and the perfect contrast with the fresh cool air in the evening. Yukatas were provided for us as an option to wear around the hotel - both my partner and I are bigger than the average Japanese person (Wife is plus size, I am 6ft 2) and we both comfortably fit into the ones picked out for us. The only thing that threw us was that during breakfast, they cleared the beds from our room - had we known people would go in, we'd probably have neatened the room a bit haha! P.S don't skip the sushi restaurant a few doors down from the hotel. The sushi was EXQUISITE and they even have a phonetic Japanese to English page at the front so you can have a go at ordering properly with the chef.

A small 6-room inn with Ryokan meals and cosy interiors, Yasuragi is just a few minutes drive to Jigokudani Monkey Park and an 8-minute walk from Yudanaka Train Station. Hot-spring baths are featured.... Tutto. Quando si varca la porta si entra in un mondo a parte.. forse uno di Miyazaki.. qui sei accolto come un ospite di casa e non come un estraneo. C’è un kimono a disposizione per girare in struttura e per cenare. Non c’è il bagno in camera ma è subito fuori dalla porta. L’onsen poi è perfetto.. la cena e la colazione tradizionali sono stati indimenticabili. I gestori gentilissimi ti accompagnano dove vuoi. La perfezione indimenticabile

Dotato di lussuose sistemazioni in stile giapponese moderno e provvisto di ben 11 tipi di sorgenti termali e della connessione WiFi gratuita, l'Aburaya Tousen sorge a soli 7 minuti a piedi dalla... Dinnner, room and the private sauna and onsen (yes, there were both in the room!) was fabulous. The room also came with a dining room where the chef came to prepare dinner..

A 3-minute walk from Yudanaka Station, Hotel Tsubakino features indoor and outdoor hot spring baths with a vista of snowy mountain peaks. The hotel offers Japanese-style rooms with free Wi-Fi. Proximty to train station, private (outdoor) bath area available for reservation and the food was EXCELLENT.

Dotato di vasche termali coperte e all'aperto, il Kamei-no-Yu è una struttura tradizionale circondata da uno splendido giardino giapponese con laghetti. The staff was just beyond wonderful.

Yudanaka Seifuso is located in the Yudanaka hot springs area, surrounded by scenic mountains. It features 3 hot spring baths and traditional Japanese-style rooms with tatami-mat (woven-straw)... Traditional ryokan with very rustic feel, exactly what we wanted. Location is right by the station which is super convenient, and there is a Lawson and 7-11 within 3-min walk. There is a private onsen which you can go to for free without paying extra! You just go in and lock the door and it’s yours for however long you want. They provided free tea and cookies in our room daily. One of the owners was kind enough to drive us to the Snow Monkey park, which we appreciated a lot !!
