I can see the beatiful view of the mountain from the window of the hotel. The private onsen is very impressive. I got lost because my GPS doesn't work and I got there late at night. Fortunately, I brought the phone number and the name of the hotel in Japanese. The owner is so nice to come to pick me up and take me to the hotel safely.

It was located not far from town, it is more convenient if you rented a car here if stay at this ryokan. It is spacious for a small family of 3 like us and the private onsen is a bonus, you can choose to soak in anytime u want.

I loved the service. They were friendly and explained everything quite well. The facilities were amazing.

Staff is very prompt in helping when we call, even during New Year Day.

In room onsen, our family loved the traditional tatami style bedroom, it was very cosy. Onsen at the back was small but enough for our family of four. Location was very convenient, 5 minutes walk to floral street.
