The hotel has laundry (4k Won cleaning & 4k Won drying), the gym, a cafeteria and a couple of restaurants. Metro station is directly in front of the hotel (and it has an elevator for those with the luggage). There is a luggage storage and also an exchange machine so you don’t need to worry about looking for money exchange office. Plenty of cafes and convenience stores nearby. The room is clean and has a modern bidet toilet.

Everything. The bar was exceptional, all of the personnel in there are great talents. The front desk personnel were wonderful. The space in the room was great.

Perfect location, near mostly to anywhere & on top of Coex mall. Smooth check in & check out. Awesome & super helpful service from the concierge & housekeeping teams. They even managed to send small bday cake for my son. Not too mention cool amenities like Nespresso machine & L’ocittane. We’re one big group of family & friends, can’t tell u each stories bcos it will be very long but everyone was super happy with the service. Intercontinental Coex should be proud of their awesome teams. Keep it up! we’ll definitely coming back for more.

Easily one of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed at. The workout facilities and pools were phenomenal. The room was exceptional. The staff were kind and accommodating. I would be delighted to stay there or at another Ananti property in the future.

Location was great! It's super close to a metro station, Sinsadong and Garousu-gil, which is a great area to explore during the day and night. Staff were attentive and helpful. A complimentary, daily refreshed mini-bar was a bonus! Rooms are spacious for Korea and well designed. The gym was pretty good for a small hotel. We stayed in a room with an accessible bathroom, and, while there was no shower screen, the room dried very quickly - you could even dry laundry overnight.
