We received more welcome and care than we expected. The beach was less than 10 meters from here. The breakfast we had was excellent. The sea view from the room is breathtaking. Ia mempunyai 2 pilihan tempat makan serta bilik-bilik berhawa dingin dengan pemandangan lautan dan kehijauan. this is our second time to the Thaproban and we love it. the staff in particular are very friendly and always there to make sure you have what you need be it a sunchair or a drink from the bar. the location is the best on the beach, best for swimming and view, and the big hulking hotel is out of sight. Breakfast is excellent, even the Western which we almost never order, and the dinner menu while touristic and seafood based (to be expected) was very good especially the tuna and crab The rooms are lovely, we splurged for the penthouse with balcony and didn’t want to leave. we will be back!

The rooms were comfortable and there was good air conditioning, ensuring a perfect temperature throughout my stay. Additionally, the cleanliness of the facilities, exceeded my expectations, and I could use them care free. However, what truly set Surf Una Beach Hotel apart, was their exceptional customer service. I had the misfortune of misplacing a pair of shoes during my stay, but to my amazement, they were promptly found and returned to me. This level of care and dedication is rare to find, and I applaud the staff for going above and beyond to ensure their guests' comfort and satisfaction. Kudos to the team for their outstanding service—I will definitely be returning!"
