Built in 2016, Park Inn by Radisson Riga Valdemara invites its guests to stay on the western side of Daugava River with good connections to the Old Town, Riga International Airport and main sights. The location is good and close to public transportation. The staff was nice and polite and the service was excellent. There was a defect in the bathroom shower that was repaired within minutes. It deserves appreciation.

There is a market nearby with food, drinks, flowers and much more. There was street food on the second floor of the building. I appreciated the connection to the city center which was handled by bus or tram. There was also a drugstore and supermarket close to the hotel.Breakfast was buffet style. We had a choice of both sweet and savoury dishes. The restaurant area along with the food was kept clean. The food containers were constantly replenished by the staff. Everything was delicious. With a large selection, everyone could choose their favorite dish.

Rixwell Elefant Hotel is a 4-star superior hotel and it is conveniently located between Riga International Airport, which is a 5-minute drive away, and the city centre. Sköna sängar. Varmt på rummet.

Janne Hotel ligger i ett hus från 1910 i ett historiskt, fridfullt och grönt område bara 3 km från Rigas gamla stadsdel. Hotellet totalrenoverades 2014 och har gammaldags inredning med antika möbler. Riga är en fantastisk stad med fina parker med vackra blommor. Gamla stans miljö tilltalar oss mycket. Hotellets rum var trevligt med mycket retro och mysig miljö.

Two Wheels ligger i en ursprunglig träbyggnad i ett lugnt och grönt område i Riga, 15 minuters promenad från den medeltida stadskärnan. It is a home from home, very cozy, comfortable, safe and warm place where to stay with a lots of extra rooms to use for gathering, reading, just meeting other guests if you want to. Excellent location - close to the city centre and airport, shops, eateries, in historic area of Riga, I will stay again!
