Comfortable and clean room. Perfect location, close to a metro station. Very kind people who work in reception, restaurant etc.

Located just 2 km from Warsaw Central Railway Station, and close to Warsaw Business SkyLine District, ibis Warszawa Centrum hotel features air-conditioned, quiet rooms with satellite TV and free... I think the service is the best of this Hotel. The receptionists are very friendly, passionate and helpful. During the stay, I had two problems & two more questions, and every time the receptionists tried to solve the problems immediately. For example, while using the hair dryer after shower, the hair dryer was suddenly broken (the plastic wire). To avoid unnecessary misunderstanding, I brought the hair dryer and informed the receptionist, then he asked a repairman fixed it with efficiency the next morning. Besides, it seemed like the heater was closed during my stay(25-27/3). Even turning on the air-conditioner(heat), It didn't work. I felt very cold in the room and asked the receptionist, and she gave me a space heater. 2.The room and bathroom were very clean. I felt very comfortable staying in that room. The cleansing lady might do a lot of hard work to maintain the cleaness.
