Ideally situated in the centre of Al Madinah, فندق جايدن-Jayden Hotel is within less than 1 km of Al-Masjid an-Nabawi and 3.5 km of Quba Mosque. Absolutely everything, from the location to the staff treatment and kindness since arriving to the hotel till check-out has been extremely amazing. The food offered was delicious and always had variety to choose from. The staff overall from the ones working at the reception, to the cleaners, the restaurant staff etc etc everyone was welcoming, kind and caring. Everyone played a huge part in making our stay in Madina easy and smooth.

Everything and everyone from the reception staff to the concierge to the kitchen staff as well as house keeping were super friendly and very helpful. Always ensuring that the guests requirements are met with ease and speed. Location was a bit far but not too bad. Approximately 5 min walk to Haram. Real value for money and can easily rival many Frontline hotels. Kudos Swiss International, you made us really feel at home.

I booked before an hour from my stay and they didnt find a room for me so the promoted my stay to another hotel which is also a 4 stat hotel beside them With great hospitality
