Absolutely everything, from the location to the staff treatment and kindness since arriving to the hotel till check-out has been extremely amazing. The food offered was delicious and always had variety to choose from. The staff overall from the ones working at the reception, to the cleaners, the restaurant staff etc etc everyone was welcoming, kind and caring. Everyone played a huge part in making our stay in Madina easy and smooth.

Always ensuring that the guests requirements are met with ease and speed. Location was a bit far but not too bad. Approximately 5 min walk to Haram. Real value for money and can easily rival many Frontline hotels. Kudos Swiss International, you made us really feel at home.

It was very comfortable stay. Excellent service and prompt response. Would like to stay again when ever visiting Madina. Excellent amenities, nice and cosy room, comfortable bed and seating, nice breakfast buffet that caters for all tastes, super friendly and helpful staff, and above all within just a few minutes walk from Almasjid Alnabawi. They even upgraded us to a junior suite for more comfort to our little boy with no extra charge! Amazing stay, will definitely come back in the future!
