The staff was very polite and understanding. When we arrived, our child was tired and started to fuss because the floor in the room was low. The staff upgraded our room category for free and gave us the highest floor possible so that the child would be happy. Many thanks to them! The hotel has a nice rooftop pool with stunning views. The breakfasts are decent, but a bit pricey considering that there is a whole street of restaurants nearby with cheap breakfast options. The hotel is well located, relative to the metro station - you can walk there in about three minutes. It takes about seven minutes to walk to the nearest large supermarket. We asked passers-by - they showed us the way. The room itself was cozy, clean, and pleasantly fragrant. The room was small in size, but very ergonomic. For the money, it turned out to be a fantastic hotel!

Dette moderne boutique-hotel ligger i et fredet byhus fra 1920'erne i hjertet af Chinatown. Gorgeous boutique hotel in a great location. Just round the corner from the MRT and right in the middle of all the Chinatown cafes, bars and restaurants. Staff were super helpful and managed to get us into our room early. We were only there for one night but will definitely stay longer next time!
