It is new, clean bathroom and room, there is small bridge, nice new Tv, and it close to AUSPARK mall, close to Flixb.s bus Einstanova. It is calm and comfortable hotel with big parking, a little social student lodging, actually there are two parts, one for guests and and one for Erasmus students.

The services were excellent, all what was needed was ready or staff ready to help to fulfill. I appreciated breakfast for vegans. Nowhere was such a service like here. Minibar, fruits for free. Full satisfaction.
