Our Room was large and had everything including a mini kitchen and washer. Breakfast is Superb - huge variety, beautiful food. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The pool is one of the best we have had at a hotel (we're lap swimmers so quite fussy ), and the temp around 24 deg. Again this shows a great deal of though has gone into the detail. The Sento spa is a wonderful experience. The location is great (Sukuhumvit is so convenient to everything in Bangkok and the BTS is simple fast and effective)

VERY friendly staff, I've been to similar hotels in Europe and the staff was by far not as helpful, polite and friendly as it was the case here, I was very impressed by that. Great breakfast with loads of fresh local fruit, very spacious and comfortable rooms, clean and extensive facilities. Central location directly outside Terminal 21 Mall and Asok sky train station.
