The room was small but with everything you need during a trip. The lady at the reception very nice and polite. Free coffee and snacks 24h near the reception. Recommended.

Love the layout and the good sunlight at the balcony area. Hotel is generous with free snacks and drinks in room. The adapter provided in the room is very useful for travellers. Location is central, there is a nice buddhist temple next to the hotel.

Almost everything about this hotel is pleasant and comfortable and absolutely welcoming. The staff were super duper friendly and excellent at their jobs. It might not be a world famous hotel but to me, this hotel has its own class. The breakfast buffet is not bad at all. Location wise it is not that close to the city centre but Maxim sure is way cheaper than Grab. Hatyai is just pure food heaven. My 3-day stay was.pure relaxation and joy.
