The hotel was clean, very cosy, nice breakfast, close to tram station, straight line to the center. The staff is very nice. I really appreciate mister Mehmet. He helped us navigate Istanbul. He really has a good heart and cares about the customers.

We stayed 5 nights in this hotel. It is a decent hotel, clean in the common areas and in the room. The cleaning and changing of towels and linen was done daily, minimal breakfast but enough to start the day. Free parking in front of the hotel. The hotel staff is friendly and always at the tourists' disposal, Timur and Samet involved in making the tourists feel as comfortable as possible.

Topkapi Old City Kensington Hotel ISTANBUL has a garden, shared lounge, a restaurant and bar in Istanbul. The location of the hotel is excellent. It easy to reach the key sites either by a tram or a bus. In that way one has an opportunity to look around. The hotels staff were all kind and hospitable. We wish to extend a special gratitude to Ivan, Dyar and Gamze. They were exceptionally warm hearted and responsive. Also, the restaurant staff were kind and unobtrusive.

Situated 200 metres from the historical city walls of Istanbul, Holiday Inn Istanbul City is only 50 metres from the Pazartekke Tram Station, allowing easy access to Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. Breakfast and Location both are great.

There are a lot of restaurants around. You will find good turkish, Middle Eastern, and western fast-food. My room was clean and cozy, and I slept well! The staff was amazing. They were really helpful and accommodating. Once I checked out, they allowed me to store my luggage in the storage room for the whole day until I came and picked it up in the evening. My flight was at late night, so this was really helpful, and I highly appreciated this and thank the staff members for this!! Thank you!!!
