Situated across from Central Park in Kaohsiung, Hotel Indigo Kaohsiung Central Park features a rooftop bar and restaurant. The location is the best just few minute walk from exit 2 of MRT Central Park. The hotel is elegant, clean, good English speaking staffs at front desk, has cafe at the lobby also. Our room 915 was comfortable with 2 beds and one sofa bed for 3 persons, big and airy, nice designs, one wall has ceiling to floor glasses window with view of the city. The bathroom is big with shower and bathtub that separated from the toilet area. The best water flow and good WiFi. This hotel became to be my favorite of my 10 days trip in Taiwan.

Just Sleep Kaohsiung Station ligger kun 5 minutters gange fra Formosa Boulevard MRT-stasjon og Kaohsiung jernbanestasjon og tilbyr toppmoderne design av kjente kunstnere. A wonderful, clean and spacious room. Well appointed and comfy bed. Attentive staff and very helpful with our questions. Great breakfast spread with lots of variety and loads of great local restaurants around, plus very close to the local food night market.

Located in the Xinxing District district of Kaohsiung, Kindness Hotel - Zhongshan Bade Branch is 400 metres from Liuhe Tourist Night Market. The location of the hotel in relation to the station and public transport was excellent! There is also a night market a few minutes' walk away from the hotel, and the nearest underground station is the 'dome of light'. The vast majority of places to visit are within easy reach of the hotel, either by transport or on foot. The room was spacious and clean, the staff very friendly and I appreciated the free self-service drinks (coffee, tea and hot chocolate) and ice creams. I was able to check in a little earlier and that was much appreciated too. Breakfast is decent, even if the choice of sweet dishes is limited and fruit is perhaps missing to make it more complete. However, it does give you the opportunity to taste Taiwanese breakfasts!

Designed in lively and sporty style and decorated with baseball pieces, La Hotel-Baseball Theme Hall provides accommodation in Kaohsiung. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. Staff at check-in spoke excellent English, besides traditional Chinese breakfast items, they offered some Western options as well. The hotel is right next to the beautiful Formosa subway station and across the street from a lively night market. There are also a lot of restaurants in its immediate vicinity. The baseball-themed decoration was also fun :-)
