Très bel hôtel avec de belles décorations graphiques! J'ai adoré le lobby, ainsi que la machine à popcorn, la possibilité de faire sa lessive gratuitement et tous les divertissements disponibles. J'ai rarement vu ça, bravo :) Le staff est très accueillant et professionnel, j'ai pu avoir tous les renseignements possibles lorsque j'en avais besoin c'était parfait. La chambre bien que sans fenêtre n'est pas du tout oppressante, car elle est également très colorée et est bien agencée. La literie est excellente et il n'y a pas un bruit la nuit. Il y a une possibilité de petit déjeuner en supplément mais je n'ai pas testé. L'hôtel est situé dans le sud de kaoshiung mais j'ai bien aimé car il était vers le quartier artistique qui était très animé le weekend lors de mon passage (marché artisanal, night market, spectacles). Le métro se trouve à 5min à pied il est donc facile de se déplacer un peu partout.

The location of the hotel is amazing, close to the river, the heart of the town and very easy MRT access. The breakfast buffet was good with an important choice. I would recommend this hotel for your next stay in Kaohsiung.

The location is close to the light rail and subway.

The staff is extraordinarily friendly and goes the extra mile for you, especially the receptionist was outstandingly willing to help us with our needs. They speak very good English.

Le Q21 Hotel se situe à 3 minutes à pied de la célèbre rivière de l'Amour et à 10 minutes de route de plusieurs centres commerciaux. The breakfast was really good. The coffee was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The check-in was simple and the staff spoke good English and even some Japanese, which was so appreciated. We will definitely stay here again.
